The anatomy of the Omar Rodríguez Cigar defines five types of tobacco leaves, each leaf cultivated and prepared for this purpose.

The Binder, which wraps the leaves that form the core of the cigar. 
Exquisitely fine and elastic layer that forms the outer surface of the cigar.

These cigars are manufactured in Estelí by PICHARDO tobacco company, complying with all international  manufacturing standards. Omar Rodriguez cigars are made entirely by hand, applying national methods that were used for the first time in northern Nicaragua several decades ago, skills passed down from generation to generation and that have remained unchanged to this day.
